Tinkergarten provides high-quality early childhood learning in the healthiest classroom of all—the outdoors. Families connect with trained leaders in their local community for play-based kids classes that help develop core life skills, all while having fun!
I am a mom of twin 4.5 year olds, outdoor enthusiast and a former classroom teacher. This summer will mark my 9th consecutive season leading classes in Bridgewater and I couldn't be more excited! I am also a mentor leader to new and veteran leaders across the country. A few of my happiest moments in life now are when I'm teaching young children, connecting with their parents and caregivers, and bringing the love of outdoor child-led learning into their lives. I grew up in Central NJ with my brother, mom, and dad. After school and Summer days were spent biking outside, playing make-believe while our nights were filled with catching lightning bugs & games of flashlight tag. I was inspired to become a Tinkergarten teacher because I wanted my own children to make memories that they could hold onto forever. When they look back on their childhood they'll get to see photos of themselves with their Tinkergarten friends and family being adventurous, independent, and wildly creative little explorers.
