Tinkergarten provides high-quality early childhood learning in the healthiest classroom of all—the outdoors. Families connect with trained leaders in their local community for play-based kids classes that help develop core life skills, all while having fun!
Anyone who knows me can tell you that I get antsy if I spend too much time indoors. Being outside, exploring new places and spending time with family are just a few things that make me happy. Growing up in the midwest, my summers are spent soaking up the sun while hiking, camping, biking and being on the water. Wintertime doesn't scare me and I am an avid skier and you can find me on the ice, fishing as well. I have a Masters Degree in Education with over ten years of teaching experience, most recently teaching 4th grade. Prior to teaching 4th grade, I worked with preschoolers. Currently I am taking a little hiatus from teaching while I raise my two little boys. I am looking forward to sharing my love of the outdoors, passion for working with children and knowledge and experience with those who join me for a Tinkergarten class.
